(I'm back! Hi there. Missed ya.)
I think most film reviews are too long, which leads to giving away story or needless repetition -- both of the reviewer's opinion and of information you already got from the trailers, commercials and posters, if you wanted to know it at all. I've also got tons of other stuff to do and I'm not paid for this, so here you go: the film review as sound bite.
Ali (A-)
The One (B-)
Kate & Leopold (B+)
Lord of the Rings Part 1: The Fellowship of the Ring (A)
Vanilla Sky (A-)
Ocean's Eleven (A)
Behind Enemy Lines (B)
Spy Game (B)
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (B)
Monsters Inc. (A)
The Man Who Wasn't There (B)
My comments of course come from my own particular film sensibilities and I don't expect them to match those of anyone else on earth.
